After the Forbidden City, the group traveled by bus to the famous Wangfujing area.  Some in the group took a walk down the pedestrian mall and tried odd foods at the street market.  Others took a break and fended off jet lag.  Still others took in a Sunday Catholic mass at the historic St. Joseph’s Church, which was originally built in 1655.

We packed all of our group onto one already crowded city bus.
