For our first full-group dinner we went for a classic Chinese specialty, Peking Duck. Dinner was amazingly delicious and a lot of fun too. Afterwards, most of the group went back to the hotel and crashed.
Before dinner, jet lag was hitting Mike hard. Good thing his family was so supportive.
Cutting the duck.
Peking duck is served with tortilla-type wraps, green onion, celery, and a special sauce.
Our group got our very own room right off the main dining area.
Mike brought home the duck head to play a trick on my aunt.
